Everything you need to know before booking.

Yes — we serve Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, Irving, McKinney, Allen, and the surrounding area. Events beyond 30 miles from our Dallas base may include a travel fee, which is automatically calculated and included in your quote. No surprises.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks out, especially for weekend events. Peak wedding season (April–June and October–November) fills up fast. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out — we'll do our best to make it work.

Overtime is charged per 30-minute increment at 1.5× the hourly rate and applied automatically to the card on file after your event. We'll always give you a heads up before the clock runs over.

Full refund of your deposit if you cancel 14 or more days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days out. No refund for cancellations within 7 days. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
